I purchased it new and have used very sparingly, only at home so was never lugged around. There really aren any flaws, some light scratching the plastic it probably arrived like this and only actual flaw was a small white spot on bezel around screen arrived with it which I infilled black fine tip marker to make it less visible. You can only see it under bright light, I circled in the last photo to make sure was visible. Selling my DM250x Crystal in great condition.
